7th Annual Strut Your Mutt

Get ready to stretch your legs and wag some tails! Canines 4 Comfort is gathering at Prairie Crossing for a fresh-air morning of movement, community, and dog-powered joy.

Whether you are pacing out a morning run, taking a scenic stroll with your own pup, or coming to cheer on our team, there is a place for you.

  • Scenic Walk & Run: Choose your own pace along Prairie Crossing's beautiful trails.

  • Lunch & Drinks Sponsored by Starbucks: Refuel after the walk with hot dogs, chips, ice-cold Starbucks Refreshers, and Pup Cups for the dogs!

  • Canine Agility Zone: Let your dog test their skills on our fun obstacle course.

  • Raffles & Prizes: Enter to win awesome gift baskets and local goodies.

  • Photo Ops: Snap memorable photos with your pup and our team.

🐾 Meet the Future Life-Changers Ever wonder what goes into raising a Psychiatric Service Dog or Facility Dog? Come meet our puppies and dogs-in-training! You’ll get to see their foundational skills in action, learn about the work they’re preparing to do in schools, hospitals, and homes, and get plenty of puppy snuggles along the way.

Important Reminders Before Event Day:

  • Waiver Required: All participants must complete an event participation and liability waiver prior to the walk.

  • Leash Policy: For everyone’s safety, dogs must remain on a standard, non-retractable leash and be up-to-date on vaccinations.
