The Dog Bowl Classic - A Scotch Doubles Fundraiser for Canines 4 Comfort

Join us for a relaxed afternoon of bowling, community, and support for a great cause. Whether you’re a lifelong bowler or a first-timer, this event is about coming together to make a difference.

Event Highlights

  • Scotch Doubles Format: Teams of two alternate shots for one combined score across 3 games (including one round of Crazy Bowl!).
  • Buffet & Entertainment: Enjoy a buffet dinner and live entertainment after bowling.
  • Raffles & Silent Auction: Great items up for grabs, with all proceeds benefiting our mission.
  • Meet the Dogs: Spend time with some of our C4C dogs and see firsthand the incredible effect these dogs have on the lives of those they serve.

  • Advanced Registration Required: To help us coordinate lanes and catering, we are unable to accept walk-ins.

The registration deadline has officially passed as we move into the final planning stages for our event on February 21 at Lakes Bowl. We are so grateful for the incredible response to our new look and can’t wait to see everyone on the lanes!

New for 2026: The Best Dressed Contest! 🏆We’re adding a little extra fun to the lanes this year. Whether you choose matching shirts, a themed costume, or something dog-related, we want to see your style. A prize will be awarded to the best dressed bowling pair, so grab a partner and start planning!

  • Will I receive a confirmation after I register? Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after completing your registration.   • What is "Crazy Bowl"? It’s a fun, lighthearted round where we add challenges to each frame—like bowling with your non-dominant hand or between your legs. It’s meant for all skill levels and is just for laughs.

  • Are personal dogs allowed? While we love all dogs, we ask that you leave yours at home for this event. This allows our working psychiatric service and facility dogs to focus on their jobs in a controlled environment.

  • What should we wear for "Best Dressed"? Anything goes! Matching shirts, a fun theme, or coordinated colors. It’s completely optional, but we will have a prize for the most creative pair.
