Fleece Blanket

This cozy lap blanket is not just cute and cuddly, it also comes with a story. This blanket was donated by The Penny's Purpose, a local nonprofit created to honor the memory of Penny Soulak. The inspiration behind The Penny's Purpose was a blanket that was gifted to her while in hospice; that blanket brought warmth and comfort to her and then to her family when she had passed. 

The Penny's Purpose handcrafts blankets to give to those in need, as well as organizing blanket drives to collect gently used treasures. We are THRILLED to announce that Canines 4 Comfort and The Penny's Purpose have collaborated and our dogs in training will receive a used throw to help them train for their command "place" and upon graduation they and their handler will receive new blankets!
